What we collect

Without an account: nothing — your progress is stored only on your device (localStorage). With an account: your email and your game progress data (XP, streaks, records, completed lessons, missed-exercise history).

Where it lives

In Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), with servers in the United States and encryption in transit. Only you can read and write your data (per-user security rules).

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party trackers.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or full deletion of your data at hola@be-pinky.com (we apply Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 on data protection and honor GDPR-style requests). Deleting your account deletes your data document.

Children

Pinky is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

Relevant changes to this policy will be announced in the app.
