What we collect

Without an account: your progress is stored only on your device (localStorage) and we never see it. With an account: your email and your game progress data (XP, streaks, records, completed lessons, missed-exercise history).

Anonymous product usage

We record anonymous usage events (a visit, starting a lesson, viewing the plans, completing a purchase) so we can tell what works and what does not. They are tied to a random identifier generated on your device, not to your name or email, and cannot be used to work out who you are. No cookies are involved and no third party takes part: the data lives in our own database.

Where it lives

In Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), with servers in the United States and encryption in transit. Only you can read and write your data (per-user security rules).

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party trackers.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or full deletion of your data at hola@be-pinky.com (we apply Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 on data protection and honor GDPR-style requests). Deleting your account deletes your data document.

Children

Pinky is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

Relevant changes to this policy will be announced in the app.
