Who we are

Pinky (be-pinky.com) is a mental math training service operated by Javier Correa, Colombia. Contact: hola@be-pinky.com.

The service

Pinky offers timed mental arithmetic drills, a technique-based learning path, mock exams and progress statistics. Pinky trains one concrete, measurable skill — fast arithmetic — and does not promise exam results, hiring outcomes or cognitive benefits of any kind.

Your account

You can use Pinky without an account (progress lives on your device). If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 13. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automation, exploiting bugs, attempts to access other users’ data).

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record: Paddle is the official seller of the transaction and handles payment, taxes and invoicing. The final price, including applicable taxes, is always shown before you confirm. Refund conditions are in the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Pinky’s content (lessons, design, mascot, brand) belongs to its operator. You may use it for personal practice; you may not copy, resell or redistribute it.

Limitation of liability

Pinky is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, the operator’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; relevant changes will be announced in the app. You can stop using Pinky and request account deletion anytime at hola@be-pinky.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
